On August 21, the ceremony for Jiahe Food to donate targeted student grants to the District Red Cross was successfully held.
Wu Yingyu, Executive Vice President of the District Red Cross, and Zhou Yuejun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Labor Union of the company, attended the ceremony and jointly granted student grants to 10 students on site.
At the donation ceremony, Vice President Wu expressed her gratitude to the company for its charitable act. She pointed out that Jiahe Food has participated in student aid programs for 12 consecutive years, reflecting the enterprise’s great love in shouldering social responsibility and actively engaging in public welfare. She also hoped that the assisted students would always be grateful, pass on love together, and let the flower of civilization bloom brilliantly. The District Red Cross will continue to build a bridge of love, gather loving forces, and convey social warmth.
Zhou Yuejun introduced the business philosophy of Jiahe to the students and encouraged them to study hard, stay optimistic, face difficulties actively, and change their destinies with knowledge.
As a local food enterprise, the company has always adhered to the vision of "Jiahe makes life healthier and more delicious", actively assumed social responsibility, and participated in charitable donations, poverty assistance, and paired cooperation through various channels, practicing loving deeds to support the development of local public welfare causes and foster a sound public welfare atmosphere. Since 2012, Jiahe Food has provided continuous targeted grants to some impoverished students. Up to now, it has funded 94 student visits with a cumulative donation of 220,800 yuan. This year, a total of 30,200 yuan in student grants was issued to support 10 students.
